Skip these
Starbucks and Highlands Coffee are fine but soulless, and you can find those anywhere. The Instagram-famous cat cafes (Cuoi Cat, Ailu) have terrible wifi and worse coffee. Any place with more than three staff photographing customers is a photo studio pretending to be a cafe. And avoid working from hostel common rooms in the Old Quarter — the wifi is shared with 40 backpackers streaming Netflix.
